We knew from others that Hal Fryar was a fine Christian man. We felt like we would be treated fair and honest b/c of his high regard for his fellow man . We knew he was someone who would go the extra mile when it took it and had complete comfidence in him.

There were several issues brought up by the buyer and also the lender in the final couple weeks before closing and Hal Fryar stepped up to the bat and got the right people in the right places at the right time. He went above and beyond the normal call of duty to get everything accomplished in the right amount of time. With the help of his wife working with him their response and follow up on every viewing we had was fantastic. We had previously had it listed and sometimes it was days o weeks before we got a follow up call and with Hal and Mary Bryan we got feedback (good or bad) with 24 hrs. That is important to someone waiting to hear. Above and beyond is how I would rate them in every aspect.

Hal realized after talking to us the first time we were Christians and he started our venture out with a prayer and he ended every meeting we had with a prayer.
